Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

*All purchases made during or after Cyber Monday will ship out by the second week of December. 

Aceani Michelle is not responsible for packages once they have shipped. Customers should contact the carrier regarding any lost or stolen packages.

Please note that once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.
