Since the age of 16, Aceani Michelle has cultivated a vast portfolio of experience in the fashion and entertainment industries as a designer, stylist, and art director. Following her formal training in fashion design and merchandising, the Ohio native became an assistant stylist, working with clients such as Naomi Campbell, Tracee Ellis Ross, and more. She has also contributed her talent in costume design on projects like HBO’s Emmy-winning "A Black Lady Sketch Show" and ABC's reboot of the family comedy "The Wonder Years" as well as creative campaigns for companies like Cadillac. The former CFDA Connects Leadership Committee member recently began her journey to birthing her namesake womenswear line, Aceani Michelle. All while navigating new space in the music and entertainment industry as a creative director on R&B artist Hamzaa’s RUSH EP, and creative assistant on projects for Brent Faiyaz, N3WYRKLA, and Kalisway.
